  • Course Duration

    There are no physical classes to attend, all your studying is online so you can complete your A Level in your own time, as quickly as you like. The only specific deadline to work towards is your exam – exam sittings are held in-person once per year in May or June.

    This A Level will take 360 hours to complete.

    Most people gain their English Language A Level in as little as 12 months.

    What are A Levels?

    A Levels, also known as Advanced Level Qualifications, are a requirement to get into university and can also be a requirement for other further education courses, and even some jobs! You will probably need to achieve a certain grade, which is where our tutor support can really help you! They will be able to guide you to help ensure you achieve your goals.

    Are there any requirements for me to undertake an A Level in English Language?

    Some basic level of competency is recommended but, great news, there are no specific requirements to be able to take an English Language A Level!

    Is this A Level English Language qualification internationally recognised?

    This A Level English Language qualification is recognised worldwide.

    How is the A Level English Language Course assessed?

    At the end of each unit, you will find an end of unit assignment. This is completed online and submitted to your tutor. Once assessed your tutor will return your work complete with its final grade and feedback. Once you’ve successfully passed each unit, you’ll be ready to take your exam! Exam sittings are held once per year in May or June.

    When can I get started?

    You can start whenever you’re ready to. There’s no timetable and all course materials are available online, so all you need to do is simply log on to our online student portal and study when you can!
