1994
Where it all started, back in October 1994. We brought all our shared TEFL knowledge together to invent the first ever 2-day classroom course.
2001
Moving on 7 years, we’re now a very well established TEFL course provider. Our 2-day classroom course is going really well, but it’s time to move into the 21st century! We created our first online only course and it took off!
2003
It’s 2003 and we’ve been trading for nearly 10 years, it’s been amazing, we’ve grown loads and we’ve no sign of slowing down! Since releasing our online courses we’ve managed to train 50,000 TEFL graduates, who have spread their wings far and wide across the world!
2006
2006 was a crazy, exciting year for us! We opened the doors to China for our customers with the first ever TEFL internship to China. Giving you the chance to get TEFL qualified and get a fully immersive teaching experience in “The Red Dragon”.
2012
With 18 years of teach and travel experience behind us, we’ve managed to push, inspire and train 100,000 TEFL graduates to take them to places they never imaged possible. From South Korea to Spain, our TEFL teachers are now dotted all over the world, spreading their knowledge and changing the lives of the children they teach.
2015
Throughout our 21 years we’ve managed to build strong relationships with employers everywhere. We decided to take another big step in our business and launch our very own jobs board to help all our TEFL graduates find their perfect jobs once qualified. You can count on us to help you from start to finish on your TEFL journey.
2016
It’s been a long journey, but we got there! Our qualification is now recognised by Ofqual, the government department that regulates qualifications meaning your course is recognised globally – yay! You’re in safe hands with us!
2018
It’s been 3 years since we launched our jobs board, but we want to give you more support and help! In 2018 we merged with LoveTEFL! All of our graduates are now enrolled on LoveTEFL’s jobs board and learning hub. Their learning hub has loads of information on building your CV, interview tips, lesson plans and much, much more…
2019
That brings us to now. We’ve managed to successfully train over 182,000 TEFL graduates on our Level 3 course, but we’re not stopping there! To give you the best training possible, we worked long and hard to create an affordable alternative to a CELTA and launched our Level 5 courses and diploma!
It’s been an amazing 25 years for i-to-i, we’re so proud of all our graduates, everything they have achieved and everything we have accomplished. Over the years our company has grown, but our mission remains the same – change lives, broaden horizons, support dreams and create stories!
