Although you might not be able to visit these countries during COVID-19, you can start to research your ideal TEFL destination in preparation. Companies are still interviewing and hiring candidates for TEFL roles so get ready to travel when it’s safe to do so!

Once your name’s been put forward, you’ll be one step closer to landing your dream TEFL job!

Finding your first TEFL job is all about selling yourself so make sure you emphasise your skills, knowledge, and experience in your application. You only have a short amount of time to impress potential employers so let them know exactly why they should hire you. Tailoring your cover letter is a great way to show why you’re the perfect candidate for the role. Now all that’s left to do is proofread your application and you’re good to go!
